At Maeve & Niamh, we place great importance on fast, reliable and secure delivery, ensuring your order is processed promptly and reaches you without hassle.
Below you’ll find all the details regarding our delivery policy.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Processing begins once your order confirmation email has been received.
When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a notification containing your tracking number and courier details.
Delivery Costs
At Maeve & Niamh, we aim to make your shopping experience as simple and cost-effective as possible.
That’s why we offer favourable delivery conditions — in most cases, delivery is completely free, unless stated otherwise.
Standard Delivery Conditions:

Estimated Delivery Times
Approximate delivery times are as follows:

5–10 working days – standard delivery within Ireland

5–10 working days – international standard delivery

7–12 working days – large-item delivery within Ireland

7–12 working days – international large-item delivery
 
ℹ️ Although we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Maeve & Niamh cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs procedures.
Delivery Address and Errors
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order.
Maeve & Niamh cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the order excluding delivery costs, and you’ll need to place a new order.
Pre-Order Items
Products purchased on pre-order will be processed within 1–3 working days after they arrive at our warehouse.
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If you don’t receive it, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us for assistance.

Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations — that’s why we’ve created a simple and transparent returns process.
Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item, provided it has not been used, remains in its original condition, and includes all tags.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the full order amount, excluding return delivery costs.
Certain products (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return — this will always be clearly stated on the product page.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@maeveniamh.com.
Include your order number and a photo of the product.
We’ll review your case individually and find the best possible solution.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Refunds are processed within up to 14 working days using the same payment method used for your purchase (usually sooner).
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 days, please contact us and we’ll investigate the matter straight away.
