1. GENERAL INFORMATION
We offer a 14-day return period in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
This means you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
A proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

⚠️ Important: Products must be returned to the sender’s warehouse — in most cases, this is located in China.
Please contact us before sending any items back, so we can provide you with the correct return address and detailed instructions.
Once your return is approved, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept parcels returned without prior authorization.

2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival.
If you notice any damage, defects, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

3. EXCHANGES
If you wish to receive another item quickly, we recommend returning your current product and placing a new order.
This is generally the fastest and most efficient way to get the item you want.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
If you are based in Ireland or elsewhere in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving any reason.
As noted above, the item must be in perfect, unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

5. REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
